SOFTWARE UPDATE PROGRAMThe FREE FireBall DVDM-100 software update is now
available. The DVDM-100 software update contains many new features and as such, there
exists the possibility to cause issues with some current installations that are dependent
upon these features. It is our goal to make you aware of these new features and any
changes to the current DVDM-100 feature set before you agree to receive the update.
In order for your FireBall DVDM-100 to receive the update, it is important that you
thoroughly read the following information and accept the terms of the update. Once you

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Once you update to the new feature set it will not be possible to revert to the previous
software version.
- A FireBall connected to third party control system like AMX, Crestron, Elan, etc
should be tested for compatibility once the update is installed. Escient has not removed
any of the external control commands available on the DVDM-100 software platform, but
cannot guarantee that your installation will not break due to the highly customizable
nature of these installations. Escient will not be responsible for any additional costs
resulting from custom reprogramming requirements.
- The OG button on the remote and keyboard are reprogrammed as the toggle All/None
function.

I have read the above information and AGREE to the terms of the
update.

I have read the above information and wish NOT to update my
FireBall.
