The v4.2 software update contains many new features and as such, there exists the possibility that you may lose data and experience unforeseen issues with your FireBall product. By entering your product serial number and customer ID, you agree to hold Escient, D&M Holdings and any of it’s subsidiaries harmless in the event of a loss of any kind resulting from the use of this software.

NEW FEATURES:
The FireBall Software Update v4.2 provides many new features and enhancements including support for the new FireBall FP-1 Music Manager with Universal Dock for iPod. Here is a list of the new features and enhancements included in the v4.2 software update:

• New Playlist, Group, and Record Edit Guides

• International Language Support
• AAC Audio Decoder
• FireBall FP-1 iPod Streaming Support
• New Web Editing Features

• Once you perform the update to the 4.2 software, it will not be possible to revert to the previous software version.
• If you encounter an issue please send an email to Escient Tech Support (Email Tech Support) describing the problem.
• A FireBall connected to third party control systems like AMX, Crestron, Elan, etc… should be tested for compatibility once the update is installed. Escient has not removed any of the external control commands available on the software platform, but cannot guarantee that your installation will not have issues due to the highly customizable nature of these installations. Escient will not be responsible for any additional costs resulting from custom reprogramming requirements.
